1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac888 ("ac888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at ac888.io. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ac888 platform — including but not limited to placing wagers, claiming bonuses, making deposits, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ac888 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ac888 and participation in any gambling activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ac888 operates a strict 21+ policy with zero exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of ac888 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been self-excluded from the platform or from gambling platforms generally.

ac888 reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within five (5) business days of the request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gambling features on ac888, players must create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on ac888. Duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, NID number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds held in secondary accounts will be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ac888 requires all players to complete identity verification. Accepted documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (biographical data page)
• Government-issued driver's licence

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ac888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify ac888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ac888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and standard interbank transfer. ac888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within ten (10) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ac888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's deposited funds must have been wagered at least once (1x turnover). Funds that have never been wagered may not be withdrawn without first being used in game play. This rule does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to their own wagering requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ac888 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are held in a bonus balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds are transferred to your real-money balance only after all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the expiry period stated for the specific promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Players may hold only one active welcome bonus at any time. Subsequent promotions may be claimed after the current bonus has been completed or forfeited.
• ac888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

6 Betting Rules & Game Play

The ac888 platform offers a variety of gaming products including sports betting (with a focus on cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino games, online slots, color prediction games, and crash games. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or wager is not accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued to you by the platform. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the attempted bet is null and void.
• Errors & Mispriced Odds: ac888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Where such an error is identified post-settlement, affected bets will be recalculated using the correct odds or voided at ac888's discretion.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including match abandonment, event cancellation, or where the relevant sporting authority declares a result null and void. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's real-money balance.
• Sports Betting: All sports results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). ac888 is not responsible for discrepancies between third-party data providers and official results; official results always prevail.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the respective game studio. ac888 does not modify game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the individual game providers.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of placing a wager. ac888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of your gaming sessions.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ac888 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings derived from such conduct will be voided, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting with the sole intent of guaranteeing profit regardless of outcome
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ac888 staff, agents, or other platform users

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ac888 platform — including but not limited to the ac888 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ac888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ac888 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, ac888 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. ac888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually bound to handle it securely, and with regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ac888 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

ac888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or platform use shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ac888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination of Accounts

ac888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• ac888 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Continuation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to ac888
• The player has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the last confirmed payment method within ten (10) business days of the closure decision.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

13 Amendments to Terms

ac888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ac888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ac888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date without penalty.

14 Contact & Disputes

ac888 aims to resolve all player queries and disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the platform, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, the relevant date and time, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.
• Step 2 — Review Period: ac888 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within five (5) business days of receiving complete information.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 2, you may request that the matter be escalated to ac888's senior review team. A final decision will be issued within ten (10) business days of escalation.

ac888 does not accept disputes raised more than thirty (30) days after the event giving rise to the complaint. All dispute correspondence must be conducted in English.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ac888's operational jurisdiction. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints process described above.
